Guy Cundell : Executive Member (South Australia), MAGA National Executive
Guy was born in Adelaide in 1953. A self taught guitarist, his decision to follow a music career was a late one when becoming a full time performer in 1987. He then took on a range of musical direction and arranging work in Adelaide and joined MAGA in 1989. His interest in computer music began in 1988 using Steinberg's Pro 24 and Notator on Atari and this continues today using current technology. He completed a Bachelor of Music with first class honours in 1994 and a Graduate Diploma of Education in 1995 at the University of Adelaide. He has worked as a music lecturer for TAFESA since 1999 and is now a Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Centre for the Arts. He currently continues performing on console steel guitar.
